I purchased realglass windows through the English Marcos Club 2 yearrs ago I purchased 3 because the shipping was so expensive for just one . They ended up costing $680.00 each. I have one available to sell if anyone wants it.

The Vin #'s, as far as I know, don't tell you anything about the options the car was built with originally. However, Rory McMath (Marcos Heritage Spares) has the original build records and will sell you a copy. The build records have a complete list of how the car was originally built plus any correspondence the factory had about the car after it was sold. My Marcos, for example, has correspondence about a parking citation that the car received after it was delivered to the first owner.

I have owned 2 Marcos Volvo 3.0. For the record both were one owner cars, bought new. They both had plexi rear windows. I have recently found another Volvo 3.0. That also has a rear Plexi.
Next. Do the Vin #'s indicate whether a car is an automatic or a standard, or what options it may have. What information is derived from the vin#'s ?
