Kit cars have a percentage of owner construction requirements in most
states.  This is why most rolling kits come in to the US with out engines; I
suggest you check with Department of Motor Vehicles in the state which you
are moving to and get all the details, the requirements vary greatly from
state to state.  Good luck because you are going to need it!!

Ok, after years of dithering I have finally applied for my green card 
and I'm planning to move to the US mid next year.

Is there a cat in hells chance I can get my LM registered in the US?
As a kit car or something?
Thoughts?
