I put AVO shocks on mine a few years back.  They've been great.  They 
are adjustable for both ride height and damping.  Get new springs 
while you're at it.  It's worth the money!!

Do a search.  Some don't like the AVOs and others like Koni, etc.

Come to think of it, do a search on this board for shocks also!
