Hi all,

Jeff, you are indeed correct. That is from Bob Boston. In fact, I
have a copy of the entire 4 page newletter (pictured is page 2). It
was called MARCOS MAGIC and was purported to be published 3 times
yearly. This particular issue was from 1983 and discusses the
following: 1983 MARCOS w/ standard a/c, the purchase of 500 radiator
cooling fans from the recently defunct DeLorean works, Brian Byrd as
a new dealer in Austin, TX, shipping through Canada, stress crack
repair, description of stage kits, and an available parts listing.

There is no mention of the number of North American cars imported.
All that is said is "After all, Marcos built 2400 complete cars so we
should know what we're doing." I presume he is referring to all of
the factory builds to that time.

Regards,
Tad
