lighter by cutting lightning holes in the glass befor covering, using 
a less dense foam filler and utilizing a light weight upholsery 
fabric instead of vinyl or leather. To dress the tunnel, if you 
aren't going to carpet, there are textured paint like the boat 
builders use for the inside of fiberglass boats.
