Someone in England undertook the Volvo B30 fuel injection modification a
number of years ago. His experience was written up in a Marcos Owners Club
magazine. I recall it was quite the undertaking and a number of adjustments
were required due to the space limitations of the Marcos. The closeness of
the chassis frame also caused some problems. If you would like to know the
magazine number or wish to receive a copy of the article, let me know and
I'll dig it out. Personally, I'd go a different route to acquire the
additional horses if that's what you're after.

Do you think it would be possible to transport a Marcos windshield to the
USA ?Mine has many air inclusions and needs to be changed out.I think I can
barrow a previously used crate out here in California if needed.You will
probably need to contact Club Marcos International to sorse a windshield or
I can do this myself if you like.I believe that several other state side
Marcos owners are interested in new windshields as well.

At the Volvo open track event last month at thunderhill [of witch I was a
happy participant] I was told that I could purchase a complete Volvo B30
engine with  fuel injection   .Have any of you ever done this or heard of
such a transplant.The intake manifold on the injection unit will be very
close to the RH upper frame member but I think the motor mounts can be
shimmed and trimmed to fit the 25 exrta horses .Any ideas?
