Had to be Roger Kraus Tires!  I lived right across the street and 
hung out there often.  Even went with him on one trip to Monterey 
Historics.  I have found that Cooper Tires (owner of Avon Tires) 
carries a 185/70-13 and a 195/70-13, both "T" rated (118mph 
sustained).
