Hi all, Celebrated my birthday (55) with a 100 mile ride with the exotic car folks on Saturday the 19th and then on Sunday attended the British Car Show in San Juan Bautista, CA. About 180 cars and I garnered "Best in Class" in the "others" division. Great weekend with some high speed driving, some good folks, good food, and lots of British cars. A 715 mile trip. Got to see Mike Denman's "new" TVR 2500M. Very nice!! Put a new set of springs on the rear before I left and what a difference. No bottoming out at all! I noticed that the old springs were touching the shocks on compression. That's what is known as "sag". My car sat for 17 years so I suppose they took a "set". Good thing to check if you're not sure. Even new shocks won't help. With new shocks and springs all around, the car is much much better than when I purchased it. The difference is quite noticeable. Got the springs from Demon Tweeks in UK. Quick service and reasonable price. Don Lattimer #3m5759 V6 Willits, CA
