My car's screen is quite different that the rest so I have no stake in the outcome of this thread but here's an idea to consider.
Is the cost of a bulk purchase from overseas + all the related shipping costs greater than the cost of having a supplier in the US make a new mould, and ship product within North America for a bulk order???
Once upon a time there was a mould here in Ontario, but I know that it no longer exists due to a change in production methods and tooling.
Might be worth investigating?
