The lights have not affected the cooling at all. I also have a Lucas "pusher fan" (which is disconnected at the moment), a radiator overflow bottle, and the heater fan blocking the air intake! My car has a four row (core) radiator and I installed a 12" Flex-a-Lite fan in place of the original fan. I've not had any cooling problems. Last weekend was fairly warm (80 degree F) and the temp gauge didn't move higher. This weekend it's supposed to be 100 degrees F at the Hayward show! Good test! Hopefully I'll make it to England some day. I would love to see some of the tracks and also attend a Marcos event. The new (?) 1981 Manual you posted Jeff has the exact schematic that I needed last week! Nice to find out I was correct in my assumptions.
