Re: [MarcosManiacs] Build files.

2002-05-23 by Mike Denman

Hi Lee,
I bought the build sheets for my Marcos Chassis # 4079. I too thought it was a little expensive at the time. However, it is a unique opportunity to find out exactly how your car left the factory. What color, what options, who it was sold to etc. My build file even had a copy of a parking ticket that the new owner got in London prior to shipping the car to Nevada. The build files don't contain any information that you can't do without and very little that is truly useful but I think they are worth having.

Subject: [MarcosManiacs] Build files.

Hi all,

Just a quick question, has anybody purchased their build files from
Marcos Heratige and if so are they any good, what is the content is it
usefull and how much info do you actually receive. They sound a little
expensive to me if all you could end up with is a couple of photocopied
pages. Please hopefully let me know they are worthwhile and I will order
a copy of mine.

Yesterday I sent Jeff some spread sheets of brake and clutch components
for the older cars and with luck he will include these on the website
soon.
