Hi David/Jeff

I'm pleased I can help, I will try and produce 2 versions one for 
print one for screen view, that way we are not tied down on bandwidth.

I pressume that most people here can read PDF formats. This I would 
suggest will be a suitable format to use - but if any one has any 
other preferences do let me know.
