Homebrew_PCBs

Hi Guys

Does anyone know of a PCB Program that will produce CNC files for the
Milling machine directly without using a second program to convert from
DXF, etc?

If the above program is not available, what is the best program for
producing isolation milling files to make PCB's using a milling machine?
