HELLO.
I'VE MADE A NUMBER OF CIRCUIT BOARDS AND NEED TO ID SOME OF THE
COMPONENTS. I HAVE RUBBER STAMPS THAT I'LL USE. WHAT TYPE OF PAINT IS
NORMALLY USE ON CIRCUIT BOARDS.

Any high temperature paint will do.  Epoxy base is common in production.  If you want to make your own, just add some white pigment to your favorite 2 part epoxy and you're in business.
