Chem milling

2004-09-19 by Earl T. Hackett

I just signed on to this group. I was in the commercial PCB
industry for many years - tech service for DuPont Riston. Photo
imaging is just too much of a hassle for me to do at home and toner
transfer seemed like a good alternative if it would work. I've been
looking for TT information to build PCBs for some time and it looks
like I found it.

I also want to etch brass and bronze sheet for some modeling
projects. Has anyone tried toner transfer to etch say 0.005" think
metal?

Earl -

I haven't done chemical milling but the Pulsar website has some
suggestions on how to do it with their TT paper. Of course you could
adapt this to the paper you prefer.
