What sort of accuracy do you get out of it - minimum annular ring on pads?

I tried measuring it once using a perfboard. Looked like it must have
been within a mil or two over 8 inches in the X plane, the Y plane
might have been as much as 5 mil's off. I think it is because of
warped surfaces. I haven't used it a whole lot with fine pitch crowded
boards, so I haven't found problems. Notice I use precision lead screw
and anti-backlash nuts. More expensive but worth it for accuracy.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
