If this is like my 800, the controller and power supply are a box
the width of the back of the unit. Check to make sure there are no
broken connections from the printer port to the main board. I can only
give obvious suggestion s like that. I have to break my unit out of the
garage, but I'm traveling this week and won't be able to before the weekend.
