Demo1R files

Demo1R files

2002-05-02 by Alan Marconett KM6VV

Hi Dave (and list),

I just uploaded a Gerber file (from Eagle demo), and the DXF and CNC
files I created from it! No sorting done, so probably wanders all over
the 6x8" board! Nothing fancy, but I'm getting there (OK, I couldn't
use the rectangular pads, atan2 error, so I substituted circular ones).

This side wasn't too bad, a lot of cutting! More to test software, then
to ACTUALLY mill a board.

I DO like the idea of working from the gerber file. Then, if acceptable
(mill them until they're correct), one can send Gerber file to board
house, no errors!

Hello Alan and group,

It appears that I didn't copy the current version of my software
ToolPathPro V1.0 from my computer on the last project I was on(good
thing I made a hard copy!). So, it may be a few days before I can get
a pic up of the converted DXF along with the originating Gerber. I
will do it though. I'm setting up my Linux box right now so I can
compile the code. Hmm, something to do soon, port to VisualC++. Add
it to the list of things to do. I'll get there, though.

I haven't had a chance to check out the files you posted yet, but I
will.

Dave
