Thanks, good page.

I have put it in the links section / design rules because
it seems you didn't.

there is already another page with a short part about materials.

I'm looking for such a Information about the teflon boards.
Are there any standards or is it "every company on its own" with this?

different types of board materials.

Hi all,

I just ran out of one batch of boards. 1/16 with 1 oz copper. Nice,
white substrate.

This batch is deffinatly fiberglass as it has that recognizable
fiberglass pattern when one looks at the edge of the board.

The first boards were a bright white substrate and the copper could
be pealled off to make a one sidded board from a two sided one.

This fiberglass is much tougher and the copper does not peal off.

Can anyone offer an explanations of the differences of board types ?

Maybe a URL ?

Dave

I added a link to a table of RF/Microwave PCB materials (mostly PTFE =
Teflon) in the links/design rules section.

Cheers,
