Homebrew PCBs

Jack,
	I'd be happy to upload my ULP, and the program I use to send HPGL to
the printer (Written in Liberty Basic). I haven't looked at them for about 2
years, however, and I won't have any time to look at them in the near
future. :-( So I can provide them, but I can't really provide much support.
I can tell you how to get them working, but both are very much a work in
progress, so you'll have to dig through the code yourself if you want to
continue their development.

	My process is to clean the PCB, coat it with Dykem blue, then put it
in the plotter. I have removed the felt tip from a normal plotter pen and
replaced it with a carbide scribe tip which I've sharpened to a fine point.

	As I plot, I scratch away the Dykem blue. Then, once both sides are
scratched, I etch. After the etch, I clean, and then drill.

	I will try to get them uploaded this weekend. (now, where did I put
them  . . . )

PCB's. Would you be willing to part with a copy of your post processor for
HPGL? I would also like to know what ink you used and did you just replace
the ink in the plotter pen or what?
