drills (again)

Hi all, I feel a little silly here. I've posted more than a few times regarding drills and bits. A week or so ago, maybe a little more, someone posted that they have a source for drill bits and that some pointed engravers come in the box as so so some side cutting router bits. I just can't find the post. Can anyone offer the link ? or where to get such a box of bits ? Dave
