Please, everyone, feel free to add to the Links page. Try to add it
within the appropriate folder (I've already set up a bunch) or add one
if there isn't something appropriate.

And don't forget to check the links if you have a question about where

Dave, I was going to move Rules Checking Software to be withing PCB
and CAD Programs but it was empty.

Stefan, I moved the contents of Materials (and the folder Tank
Construction) to a new folder:
Acid Etching and Electroplating Tank Construction;
Constructing tanks for etching and electroplating, including plastic
welding and supplies. Materials compatibility with various chemicals.

Oh, and if you see inappropriate links (like a certain potted meat)
then please email me about it, not the list.
