Spirals with 20 through 40 mil traces

I have the very fine .png files showing a spiral black & white traces ranging from 1, 2,3,... up to 15 mil widths.

Does anybody have image files with similar spirals in 20, 30, or 40 mil traces ?

I do not have spirals but you can find resolution targets and test artwork for different linewidths.

The most difficult ones are at a slight angle.
