Anybody know whose M marks these are?

Hey guys,
I just got some old Digital Group stuff, including one of their motherboards that was never built. And I notice it has the same green color PCB I was looking for, and has these little M marks all over it, just like the original TV Typewriter boards did. I’m wondering if there’s any way to find out what manufacturer this was and see if maybe I can track down (probably unlikely) some vintage PCB stock?
