Just tried using the green foil - first try (one pass thru laminator) didn't transfer much. 8-10 passes gave 100% transfer, but broadened the traces. Is there a suggested happy medium??

I use 3 or 4 times and works good. With laminator heated up good. I wait about 20 minutes to heat up before I do it.

I use two passes, generally results in 100% transfer. However, I've
had runs where the foil absolutely does not adhere, period. That can
mess up a board. Still, the boards are better with than without.
