It appears to be the same as a "PZ541 Vertical Drill Stand".
I do not have either one. Just wanted to pass along an additional set of 'tokens' to Google for information.

Intended use occasional PCB making.
Is there much 'run out' ?
Would you recommend it ?
I tried searching the group but cant see a text search only a message number search.

Here are some other links that I ran across looking for a solution. Note that this is not an endorsement of any of them. Simply trying to share what little knowledge I have.
Someone who seems to have had experience with the style you were looking at:

As a follow up to this thread ...
I ordered the Jameco Drill Stand Works with Mini Drill (Part 26702) ...
http://www.jameco.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?langId=-1&storeId=10001&catalogId=10001&productId=26711
Note that I did not order the Miniature Drill 12000 RPM associated with it ...
http://www.jameco.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?langId=-1&storeId=10001&productId=26702&catalogId=10001&CID=MERCH
because I have a Dremel 4000 and was hoping to use that.
Regretfully the stand is not capable of supporting the Dremel 4000 securely. The Dremel 4000 is just too big and heavy.
I am not sure if I will bother to get the "correct" motor. While I will admit that for $28 plus shipping the stand is reasonably solid I feel the term "will not be solid enough even with the smaller motor" applies.
