What is the best source these days for small amounts of PCB single sided boards and drills for the hobbyist?

I use MSC or Mc Master carr for the PCB material. And Harbor freight for the drill bits.
IT might not be the "absolute cheapest" but its pretty dependable, reliable and yes cheap.

My first choices are abcfab (eBay) and drillbitcity.com.

SS prices are generally 2-3 cents per sq inch. Resharpened bits are about $1, but they sell them in variety packs.

I get mine from ESR:

http://www.esr.co.uk/

They sell boards and drills from Mega Electronics, but are better for
small quantities.
