Looking for PCB's that can't be used for some reason

Looking for PCB's that can't be used for some reason

2012-04-12 by Larry Taylor

I'm looking to get some PCB's that are no good because of an error of some
kind. I need them for fins on High Power Rockets. There are several people
in our club that would really like them. I for one. Large boards and thick
are the best. Any info on where to get them? I have sent Emails to
different Circuit Board companies and they don't sell them or don't reply.
I'm not looking for free stuff, but that would be OK also. I'm willing to
pay? Thanks!

With large what do you mean?

Thickness?

What are the smallest size that you would be interested in?

8 X is about as small as most of us can go with. ( 1/8" or thicker )
Maybe we could glue a few sheets together to make them thicker

That is bigger size than I typically have available and mine are only 1/16".
I will keep you in mind if I see some bigger sizes.

Larry,

The companies likely don't want to give them away because they need to
keep the artwork on it confidential.

Large sizes are less common for homemade boards and most of us have
use for the scraps we produce.

Here you go: http://www.sparkfun.com/products/8477 . No guarantees on the
size though.
