Hi, sorry for my bad English and my little OT question ... :-)

I looking for your experience and your valuable suggestions for bottom exposed pad soldering of more IC complex chips.

I put a large via in the centre of the pad. I solder the leads first, 
and then feed solder into the via using a large tip cartridge in my 
Metcal handpiece.
