It looks very interesting and the pricing is good.

It bothers me though that there is no information on where the company is
located and no mailing address. I really do not care where it is located
but I do not like to deal with companies that are hiding behind an internet
wall.

Dear Gang, don't let your projects be restricted to small PCBs, you can use www.batchpcb.com<http://www.batchpcb.com> for any size pcb.

I agree, I order from 'round the world but I want to know where I'm ordering from.

I don't like it when companies post as if they were a third party customer. Mr. Gudmundsson's Yahoo ID is h_instruments, looks like it is his company.

I welcome commercial members here, although posting an unsolicited ad more than once a month could backfire. What I do mind is when they post as if they were a random customer just letting you know about a good deal. Seems shady, to me.

Re: Cheap HQ 2 layer prototype PCB boards

2011-10-21 by Hakon Gudmundsson

Hi.
H-Instruments is located in Iceland, but have a contract with a PCB manufactor in Asia, and ship directly from the manufactor to save time.
I found this manufactor and did order a PCB bords from him to use in a project I was working on. Because the quality was very fine and the price the lowest I had found, I thougt this was something others looking for HQ low price PCB boards would like to use too. So I made a deal with the manufactor and we did make two offers: 29.95$ for 5 pcs PCB bords max size 50x50mm and 54.95$ for 5 pcs max size 100x100mm.
I have sold few of this offers and only got a positive response from the customers.

regards
Hakon

There is still the issue of you pretending to be a third party recommending when it appears to be your businesss.

In addition to the records another member looked up that links that URL to your name, the Contact Us page gives your Yahoo email address.
