There must be a catch?  Only for the first order?  Limited time only?  Only a certain size or number of layers?

PCB-Pool offers a similar service, there the limitations are rectangular
shape and double sided.
It's very cheap, incredibly cheap for next day service.
They offer it as an alternative to what this group is all about.

I've used it a couple of times at work, but usually we want soldermask and
it is not an option.

So does PCBTrain with their cheap 24 hour service, I've used it a couple 
of times and was very satisfied. It actually takes three days to get 
one's boards.

What do you need to provide them? Just your schema? Or more?

AIUI, Gerber RS274X files for the top and bottom copper layers, and an 
Excellon drill file.
