Homebrew_PCBs

The spelling for the soldering iron cleaner is sal ammoniac. (Salt of
ammonia).

I thought that it could be dissolved into a sponge with water, to
clean soldering iron tips. Does anyone know?

Chemical name is ammonium chloride; it'll be somewhat corrosive when
dissolved in water. The solid form should be OK, it dissociates into
ammonium and chlorine when heated.
