Got the replacement rollers from Fellows yesterday. Ran a board after putting it back together. I only put about 1/2 of the original spring tension on the rollers, and I played with the heat setting still the rollers ran at 180C (original highest setting before modification) I preheated the board at ~150C, 1 minute, flip, 1 minute, then ran the board through the laminator 3 times. Good adhesion, a significant amount of smearing. Will adjust temps down a bit more and report results. Interestingly, the temps aren't linear: setting actual (all Celsius) 140 220 (from last time) 120 200 117 196 115 180 110 165
