Does anyone offer a pcb printer ready to go ?

I hope it's cool to ask this - but....does anyone (say.....on this list.....) offer a modified printer ready to print to copper clad ? I tried to search - and came up with nothing. I don't like the Full Spectrum deal as it only allows such small pieces to be loaded in. Thanks, Dan
