DIY thermostat for laminator with uA741

DIY thermostat for laminator with uA741

2009-12-24 by saposoft

I'm pretty sure to have seen something in this line previously in the group, but i' can't remember when , so I decided to do it myself .
Based on an idea taken somewhere in the net , linked in a message in group (perhaps) , based on a well know feature of semiconductor junction... well nothing really original beside the fact that if you google for it probably you'll never find it.
Big Fanfare !!!!
the Incredible, Marvellous, New !!! Improved !!! Thermostat based on a UA741.
or ... everybody is capable of makin' it with a LM311 !!!
Ok sorry for the introduction, seriously , this a cheap thermo controller that you can build on a perf board with the component you have in the junk box . That's my 2 cents for the net.
keep on the good work !

Well, share with the rest of us - do you have schematic? photos? I've been looking for a "cheap" and easy to build temp controller.

I guess I'm old also (well, I am OLD!!) and suffer from CRS along with other infirmaries... I didn't read the next msg in line to see where you posted the info.

Sorry about the extra bandwidth - I'm reading the msgs now.
