I dont know if this is possible but can Protel PCB files be converted
to Eagle Projects? Thanks, Genaro M.

Conversely, is there any way to convert Eagle schematic and board
files to Protel and other popular formats? If not, which software
can view Eagle files?

The Pulsonix software I use can read Protel, PADs, CADStar etc files. They
are working on Eagle file import.
