Laminators?

Laminators?

2009-03-26 by michael tenore

HI!

I am looking for a laminator to use for my Toner transfer boards!

I have a lot of .062 board stock on hand plus some nice .032 stock I bought.

I have seen on the web a Laminator called a "Big Mouth laminator"!
The specs says it can laminmate up to 1/4 inch foamboard and it has a variable temp controll.
Itis a hot platten typre laminator compared to a Hot roller type that GBC uses..

This laminator sells for between 100 and 160 dollars.

Has anyone out there tried one of these laminators?

Can anyone recommend a laminator that can handle .062 well? People are taking about thier laminator but I have seen very few
tell us exactly what they are using!

Thanks
Mike

The GBC-9 can NOT handle 0.62 well, and is not adjustable (temp or
gap).

Well, ok, *my* GBC-9 has an adjustable temperature *now* ;-)

Just to be pedantic: mine is the GBC-Creative, not the GBC-9. Not
sure what the difference is.
