I just found a very simple CNC mechanical design at 
http://www.instructables.com/id/Easy-to-Build-Desk-Top-3-Axis-CNC-Milling-Machine/?ALLSTEPS

what do you think.
will it have enough precision for drilling DIL  .100 holes?????

will like forum readers opinion

Yes, it should work. You will need to spend some time setting it up but 
once it is square in all axes it should be fine. Allthread rod is 
surprisingly accurate.

Don't use the suggested motor driver design. While it will work it will 
be very slow. Something like a Xylotex <www.xylotex.com> driver will 
give much better performance.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
