Homebrew PCBs

i've made aluminum anodized with H2SO4 & H3PO4, and i think i can use
this ways to make vias at double layer PCB., can anyone help me?

I am definetly interested but my chemistry knowledge is almost 0.
However are here on list 2 guy very profesional on this area : Markus 
Zing and Patrick (tsescrl).
