Homebrew PCBs

Hello,

I am searching the name of this kind of pcb that they use for computer
keyboards, it is flexible and transparent with brown/grey traces. I am
searching a manufacturer for some proto (so small batch) and if
somebody happens to have that, a design guide (like maximum
Amps/Voltage according to track size).
