One way I know of off hand is to print the gerber to a file and then
use a free program called GC-Prevue (gerber viewer is free). You can
open the gerbers and set the colors for each layer (change them to
whatever you want). Then print from there.

Hello

you have not to "print" gerber file but "export" gerber file ;-)

work perfectly here with DipTrace and GC-Prevue

This worked well also Its a little more confusing but MAY be a cleaner
conversion from protel. I have been printing to a PDF file then
converting in photoshop and now IrfanView but the end result looks good.

Thanks
Ken

If I am printing from Eagle, I just make all traces, pads etc that I
want to "keep" the default red colour that Eagle uses for the top
layer, standard Durabrite ink, works well, for the REALLY small
traces as well - and print directly from Eagle to copper.

For the downloaded black PDF's I am using Photoshop to replace the
black with megenta, though I haven't perfected the levels yet, will
as soon as I work it out.

Russell.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
