It's a little offtopic but I have seen some gorgeous functionalities
Have a look at :

Does anybody has met before this kind functionalities at other cad's ?

They are saying that the express version is free (limited to 50
components and 300 pins..)

Yes, Mentor Graphics Pinnacle PCB does this since I worked with it 
last century ;-)
