Homebrew PCBs

If I were doing what you are describing I would consider
building a UV Light source (perhaps an array of  UV LEDs)
and focus it (them) on one end of a section of Fiber Optic.
with the other end of the Fiber Optic being the mobile 
exposure head.

Is the optical fibre suitable for UV?
