Laminator for .093" pcb.

Laminator for .093" pcb.

2006-11-21 by Mike Phillips

After reading thru the archives I don't see anyone trying to use a
laminator for boards that are .093" thick. Is there a laminator that
can be modified to be made adjustable so I can go as high as .093" ?

I typically try to make a single sided board so it won't short to
things on my bench. So drilling is not needed. I have used the clothes
iron on the last .093" board. It worked fine, but the lines get
expanded quite a bit from the excess uneven pressure.

Laminate to .188"
Not tried on PBC's. Spring tension hinged top rollers.
Used in sign shop for several years.

Perfect, but pricey. On the other hand I like a good tool. I'll see if
Ebay has a cheaper version. Thanks for the link!!
