Well I am getting really bored with TT

After spending all day printing and ironing the one in the middle
looks like its worth etching

to do what, exactly?

Why do you not use a fuser unit or laminator? Why do you torture yourself
with the iron?

draw the resist direct, as I dont work with SMD etc the resolution will be fine.

I dont have a spare fuser........

I'm really thinking of sending this board design out to be fabbed and
paying the money, I know I want an initial 20 or so it may be worth it
just as a stress reducer.......

I have had a look and I happy that I can use 2 of those 20 or so
prints which means I can build a couple of prototypes this week.

I've been there, done that, and it was a PITA. Slow like you wouldn't
believe, resolution as bad as it gets, uneven line width because of uneven
speed, lotsa problems. I wouldn't recommend it.

Yes, for 20 it is reasonable to have them made. Look at futurlec and also
check the links section.

What i don't get is why you made a heap of boards? Why didn't you just
clean the same few and re-used them? ;-)

At first I was using the 8*6 sheets, trying different papers etc, when
I thought I had it, I taped 3 8*6 boards and cut them 2 inch square
for the final pcb, and just kept grabbing another off the pile,
tomorrow I will have a cleaning day..........
