Homebrew PCBs

Hi,

I know thsi is not the place to ask for help but I don't know where else to go. The people here seem to have a great deal of knowledge about printers.

Anyway here goes:

I have a Xerox M750 and it has suddenly stopped working with a red light blinking. There is paper and ink. I have tried all the usual stuf of removing power and shutting down/restart but the light just carries on blinking.

Can someone point me in the right direction to where I can find the information I need or help me directly off-list.

Hi,

I'm very embarrassed now. After I wrote my last I took the ink cartrages out and found no ink in the blue. I was printing what I thought was black so checked that cart and the next two colours but for some reason didn't bother with the last one. Opps.

The first thing is finding out what error this light may be.
If you have a manual, look there, if not, find one.
For printers there are usually users and service manuals like for most  
stuff, the user manual should be enought to find out what the light is  
trying to say.
The places to look at for the manuals are the manufacturer homepage,  
<http://www.eserviceinfo.com/>, and google.
