Temperature mod for GBC H300 laminator

Hi, Has anyone tried this conversion? Frank over at Pulsar mentionned that it is possible to increase the temperature setting of the H300 by changing the resistors. I was wondering if anyone here has tried it and has any comments on DOs and DON'Ts. What resistor value? Do you have to add a fan? Do you have to remove the plastic casing? Frank passes the PCB twice through the laminator, I have to pass mine over 12 times in order to get decent toner transfer, flipping the PCB over each pass through.
