dip trace

dip trace

2006-04-26 by Lez

Just finished my first TT board with dip trace.

Problem I have is its really small pads on things like TO92 etc.

I dont think I'd get a drill bit small enough in me black'n'decker!

Is there a simple way to enlarge these or do i need to add a larg pad
over every hole etc

- I dont need your originals just some information about running time
- and scene cut points

- also looking for a car, silver or white, 4 doors -
- diesel with a bosch pump, abs and pas -
- aircon would be nice, and not a ford -

use the pointer tool, right click on the pad and adjust the pad properties. If
you select "all like pads" then you can do all the like pads on the PCB at the
same time.

Cheers,
Russ

Select component (mouse over it), right clik, Pad properties. Make
modifications you want and select Apply to all.

With the Pulsonix software I use I can simply change the pad parameters in
the Technology, modifying all pads of that type simultaneously. Perhaps you
have a similar facility. Or, you might be able to change the footprint and
reload it.
