differences between the 2N2907 and 2N3905 transistors

differences between the 2N2907 and 2N3905 transistors

2003-03-05 by dg140@freenet.carleton.ca

I forget if I posted this question here. I am redoing a PCB, and I must
replace the quad 3467 and 3468 transistors array chips. They have the DH
prefix. I am looking at replacing them with either the 2N2907 or the
2N3905 discreet transistor. I cannot access those pesky pdf files, and
off-hand I can't see the differences between the 2N2907 and
2N3905 transistors. Can someone let me know what the differences are?

Also, I know that a 2907 quad transistor array chip exists, but is there
something like this for the 2N3905? I find a 5-transistor array, but not
a quad.

Thanks,
Charles

I think you'd have more luck posting this on an electronics list.
