Alan Marconett

I'm still looking for flanged ACME
bronze nuts and ACME threaded rods (to match some I have).

Try McMaster-Carr @ http://www.mcmaster.com/ start with the
word "acme" in the Find Products box then select Acme Hex Nuts

This Link Might Work

Hi ?,

I've been looking in McMaster Carr. Just not familiar enough with the
parts.

It's a 12mm dia ACME thread. Pitch is about .080", which is near 2mm,
but not exact. Inch is about 12.44, so I'm not sure what it is!

I keep looking. The McMaster Carr prices are quite high!

Someone mentioned making an ACME tap from ACME threaded rod, maybe I'll
try that. With Delron or a similar material.

Another one I have is .375" and 16 TPI, but it's a little light.
